Periodic summary.
This bulletin covers the preceding operating period across the central and inner monitored areas.
Sensing. Optical sensing availability averaged 99.4%, against a target of 98.5%. Units at Bethnal Green were realigned and continuous coverage was confirmed across the revised envelope. Four reporting units in the BER segment remained available throughout the period. Confidence values there remained within tolerance following the earlier reconciliation. The BER reporting count is carried forward independently of the declared-unit register until the next segment boundary.
Flow. Passenger flow models were updated at eight locations. A scheduled calibration window at Old Street junction reduced the reported predicted-to-observed residual from 0.064 to 0.041. The revised value is within the operating range. Two subsequent readings above 0.060 were excluded because their observation windows were incomplete.
Lighting. A temporary overnight dimming profile was applied across nine Hoxton streets. Estimated output between 01:00 and 04:00 is reduced by 40%. The adjustment remains below the area materiality threshold when assessed against recorded overnight movement. Four other threshold changes were made without separate notification.
Dwell. Two benches were removed from the northern concourse at Elephant and Castle. Provision near Borough High Street was reprofiled during the same period. Mean stationary occupancy at both locations is now within the expected range. No replacement provision is scheduled.
Display. Content schedules were updated at Angel. Previous content appeared on three displays for a combined duration of 86 seconds. The content remained accurate at the time originally scheduled and no correction is required. Display state was restored automatically without a local intervention.
Reconciliation. Twenty-two unexpected readings were reviewed. Nineteen were reconciled to unit drift, one to an incomplete observation window and two to the previous area model. The historic record now reflects the revised model.
Network performance during the period was within expected parameters. No open item is expected to require a change in public behaviour.
