Bulletin B-2

Periodic summary.

This bulletin covers the preceding operating period across the central and inner monitored areas.

Sensing. Estate availability averaged 98.8%, against a target of 98.5%. Eleven units entered planned service windows. Node 12 at Farringdon remained unavailable for 43 minutes beyond the expected interval while replacement readings were compared with adjacent nodes. The interval did not create a coverage gap. Acoustic monitoring at Shoreditch High Street returned to service and 27 stored readings were reconciled. Adjacent nodes carried the Farringdon interval without exceeding their ordinary observation load.

Flow. Models were updated at five locations. The previous timing plan at Vauxhall was restored after the revised plan produced a mean residual of 0.052, above the expected range for that junction. Following reversion, the residual returned to 0.039. Moorgate remained within expected parameters throughout the period.

Routing. Collection intervals were reviewed across nine Clerkenwell streets. Six were extended after container fill telemetry indicated repeated unused capacity. The remaining three retained their previous intervals. Aggregate route distance is reduced by 4.6% and no overflow event has been recorded.

Dwell. Reviews were opened at four locations after stationary occupancy exceeded the estate median. Two reviews concern seating provision and remain open. No adjustment has yet met the threshold for separate publication. The reviews compare duration, repeat occupancy and the effect of provision on the available pedestrian envelope.

Reconciliation. Thirty-one unexpected readings were received. Twenty-seven were attributable to the interruption at Shoreditch High Street, three to clock drift and one to an incomplete unit record. All have been reconciled. Historic aggregate values for the period have been restated.

Public contact. No enquiries requiring operational action were received.

Network performance during the period was within expected parameters. The extended Farringdon service interval and the Vauxhall reversion have been retained for periodic review. No additional action is scheduled before the next boundary.
